More lawsuit fun: WotC sues Pokemon USA, uses the word "tortuous" Wizards alleges "patent infringement, breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, tortuous interference with a business relationship, unjust enrichment and other claims". Pokemon USA says, "We were sued the day after our distribution agreement with Wizards ended [...] We are confident that we've acted both legally and fairly with respect to Wizards". Mammon, I choose you!

October 14, 2003 12:13 PM: Dai Oni says... Only those former employees who are giving away the company's trade secrets. I hear it is a patent infringement (i.e., trading card game method of play), which WotC have filed with USPTO back in 1997.
