I found this thread over at the EN World forums. The situation is that recently a law banning all Roleplaying Games from the Brazilian City of Vila Velha was approved and signed into law despite the best efforts of a gamer named Tiago. There is an attempt to invalidate the law underway but until its success RPGs are banned from the city. A link was also provided to a Portuguese gaming site that Tiago’s story was first posted.
